Two weeks before the retreat, we’ll host a Zoom call with all participants.
During this session, we’ll share clear guidance and practical steps to help you begin preparing your body for the release of stored toxins and the nourishment it will receive through highly nutritious foods and juices during the retreat.

It is elegant without being excessive, nurturing without pressure, and designed to help you come back to yourself.

To keep this retreat accessible and aligned with its purpose, accommodations are intentionally simple and supportive.
