Helping others move out of chronic stress, emotional overload, and dyregulated nervous systems is not just the work I do
—it’s what I’ve spent years studying, practicing, and living.

For over 13 years, I’ve worked as a transformational life coach and emotional wellness practitioner, supporting clients who feel overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, or trapped in patterns that no longer serve them. Many of the people I work with are high-achieving, capable, and outwardly successful—yet internally exhausted, tense, or dysregulated.

My work focuses on helping people understand how stress and unprocessed emotions live in the body and nervous system—and how this impacts clarity, relationships, health, confidence, and decision-making. When the nervous system is constantly in survival mode, it becomes difficult to think clearly, feel at ease, or move forward with intention. That’s where our work begins.
​
I specialize in identifying and releasing emotional and somatic patterns that keep people disregulated, while helping them build the internal stability needed for lasting change. My approach is practical, body-centered, and results-oriented—designed to support real life, not escape from it.
​
I work with a blend of evidence-informed and experiential tools, including nervous system regulation, emotional release techniques, breathwork, and transformational life coaching. Sessions are highly personalized and focused on helping clients feel calmer, clearer, and more grounded—so they can respond to life rather than react to it.
​
This work is deeply personal to me. I know what it’s like to live in survival mode and to carry stress and trauma in the body for years. Through my own healing journey, I moved from simply getting through life to feeling present, regulated, and aligned. Today, I bring both professional training and lived experience into every space I hold.

In addition to private coaching, I work as a speaker, teacher, and workshop facilitator, offering practical education on emotional regulation, stress resilience, nervous system health, and embodied balance. My talks and workshops are designed to meet people where they are—whether in professional, wellness, or faith-based settings—and provide tools that can be used immediately.

Outside of my work, I cherish time with my husband, Rashard, our four adult children—Elijah, Emmanuel, Alexah, and Amaryah—and our two grandchildren, Zion and Kyla. Family, presence, and balance are values I practice as much as I teach.
I’m here to help you restore emotional stability, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater ease, clarity, and confidence.
