Breath Master / Emotion Code Practitioner / Transformational Life Coach

HOW THIS RETREAT CAME TO BE
This retreat was created as a sacred space for women who are ready to gently release the emotions,
stories, and memories they’ve been carrying after an abortion
—sometimes for years, sometimes in silence.
You Don’t Have To
Hold It Alone Anymore
Here, you’ll be met with compassion, understanding,
and grace —not judgment.
Together, in a nurturing sisterhood, we’ll honor your story, reconnect you to the wisdom of your body, and open your heart to self-forgiveness and peace.
This retreat is not about shame or regret; it’s about remembrance —remembering your wholeness, your innocence, and the love that has always lived within you.
This Retreat Is Perfect For You If…
-
You’re ready to release the grief, guilt, or shame you’ve been carrying.
-
You long to experience self-forgiveness and compassion in a safe space.
-
You want to gently heal the womb and restore your feminine essence.
-
You feel ready to let go of silence and be seen and supported without judgment.
-
You desire to leave with a sense of peace, lightness, and freedom.

It doesn’t matter whether your abortion happened 40 years ago, 4 years ago,
or 4 months ago —the emotional and energetic impact can linger
far longer than we realize.
Even if you no longer consciously think about the experience, the feelings
of shame, grief, guilt, doubt, or regret that arose during or after
can become stored within the body.
When a woman carries unresolved emotions after an abortion —whether it
happened months or decades ago —those emotions don’t simply fade.
They often become stored energy in the body, unspoken pain in the mind,
and energetic blocks within the spirit.
“The wound is the place where the light enters you.” — Rumi
WHERE PAIN LIVES, HEALING CAN BEGIN
Body, mind, and spirit each carry what has not yet been released.
This retreat invites you to soften, listen, and let go.

In the Body...
...shame and grief can manifest as fatigue, reproductive or hormonal imbalances, tightness in the chest or womb, and a sense of heaviness that no amount of rest can relieve.
The body remembers what the heart hasn’t yet released.

In the Mind...
...guilt and regret can create cycles of self-blame, overthinking, and disconnection from one’s own intuition and worthiness.
These emotions quietly shape how a woman sees herself and what she believes she deserves.

In the Spirit...
...unresolved pain can create a disconnection from the divine feminine essence — that natural state of softness, creativity, and receptivity.
It can dull the inner light and make it difficult to trust love, life, and one’s own body again.
You don’t have to carry it alone. This is the space where your body can finally exhale.
