A monthly women’s online community for emotional and nervous system regulation, clarity, and embodied self-leadership.
The Regulated Women Collective is a supportive, structured space for women who feel overwhelmed, stretched thin, or disconnected from themselves—and are ready to move out of survival mode and into balance, clarity, and inner peace.
Many women carry chronic stress, emotional overload, and nervous system dysregulation from years of over-functioning, caretaking, leadership, and responsibility. This collective exists to offer consistent regulation, practical tools, and guided integration—so healing doesn’t happen in isolation or in crisis, but through steady, embodied support.

Why This Work Matters
​When the nervous system is regulated, everything changes—how we think, how we relate, how we make decisions, and how we care for ourselves. This collective supports women in creating that internal stability so life can feel more spacious, connected, and manageable.​​
This is not a space for constant self-improvement or performance.
It is a space for regulation, reflection, and return to the
regulated self.
What This Collective Offers
Members gather three times per month on live Zoom calls designed to support regulation, reflection, and real-life integration:
1. Universal Law Teaching
Each month, members are introduced to a core Universal Law and guided in understanding how its principles influence thoughts, behaviors, decision-making, and life outcomes. Universal Laws can be understood as foundational patterns that govern cause and effect, focus and attention, energy management, and personal responsibility. When we understand these laws, we gain insight into why certain patterns repeat in our lives and how to work with them more consciously rather than feeling reactive or stuck. These teachings are presented in practical, accessible language, helping women apply the principles in real-life situations such as relationships, work, boundaries, stress management, and personal growth.
2. New Moon to New Moon Challenge
Following each Universal Law teaching, members are invited into a New Moon to New Moon Challenge designed to support real-life integration. Each monthly challenge offers simple, intentional practices that encourage reflection, awareness, and behavioral shifts aligned with the focus of the month. Rather than adding pressure or productivity demands, these challenges are meant to support learning, growth, and expansion in a way that feels sustainable and embodied. Women are encouraged to experiment, observe, and apply what they’re learning at their own pace—allowing insight to turn into meaningful, lasting change over the course of the month.

3. Coaching Café / Group Coaching
A live, supportive coaching space where women can ask questions, receive guidance, and explore real-life challenges through the lens of regulation, boundaries, and self-trust.

4. Guided Online Breathwork Journey
A monthly breathwork experience designed to calm the nervous system, release stored emotional tension and restore clarity and inner steadiness.
