WHAT IS THE
WOMEN'S HEALING COLLECTIVE?
The Regulated Women's Collective is a structured, intimate online community for women who have already done a lot of work on themselves — and are still searching for something that actually sticks. If you have tried therapy, read the books, attended the retreats, and still find yourself reactive, exhausted, or stuck in the same patterns — you are not broken. You are missing a framework.
This collective is built around one core belief: you cannot think your way into transformation. Real change happens when your nervous system feels safe enough to let you make different choices. That is why everything we do here starts with regulation — learning to work with your body, not against it, so that the growth you are reaching for becomes something you can actually hold.
From that foundation we move into the deeper work of personal sovereignty — reclaiming your own authority over your thoughts, your emotions, your decisions, and your life. Not independence for its own sake, but the kind of inner freedom that allows you to show up fully in every relationship, every role, and every version of yourself still becoming.
WHO THIS IS FOR
This Collective is for women who:

WHAT THIS COLLECTIVE OFFERS
The Regulated Women's Collective runs as four seasonal cohorts — Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring — each three months long and focused on one energetic body and three Universal Laws. Every cohort is its own complete experience, which means registration is required for each season you want to join. Each month follows a 3-session structure, and every session builds on the last.
Week 1 — The Law & The Pattern
We open each month by introducing the Universal Law for that cycle — what it is, where it lives in your life, and how to recognize the ways it has already been shaping your experience. This is awareness work. You cannot change what you cannot see. We look honestly at the patterns, the inherited beliefs, and the places where the law has been working against you because you did not know it was working at all.
Week 2 — The Coaching Café & Regulation Tools
This is where the real work gets practical. We open the floor for honest conversation — what came up after Week 1, what you are navigating in real time, what is not moving the way you thought it would. You will not just be heard here. You will be given specific nervous system regulation tools to work with — techniques you can use in the moment when your body is activated, not just when you are calm and centered and things are easy.
Week 3 — Sovereignty & Strategy
We close each month by anchoring what you have learned into identity and action. This session focuses on who you are choosing to become and what that actually requires of you practically. We will bring in guest speakers who offer grounded expertise on the sovereignty work — financial, relational, physical, spiritual — so that what you are building internally has real-world expression.
Week 4 — Integration
No live session. This week belongs to you. You will receive a reflection prompt, a short video, or a guided practice to help you integrate the month before we go deeper. Rest is part of the methodology. You are allowed to let things land.

This is not a space for constant self-improvement or performance.
It is a space for regulation, reflection, and return to
the regulated self.
