** Only available to clients who have completed or are in the process of completing the Get Unstuck in Heart Sessions** Life stops for no one and overtime we can become overwhelm from the accumulation of emotions from life circumstances that it can leave us feeling trapped, frustrated, lacking clarity, and even in physical pain. In this session we will release the top 5 trapped emotions and/or energetic blockages that have you feeling weighted down, clouding your judgement, leading you to overreacting, making wrong assumptions, short-circuiting your relationships, or leaving you feeling out of control. We can even address and relieve any physical pain you are experiences that has a mental and emotional component. Clearing these emotions and blocks from your energy field will leave you feeling empowered and in control, as well was give you a quick shift in perspective, which changes everything. All sessions can be done in-office, over the phone, or by video call.

$25 fee if your appointment is canceled 24 hours prior to the start time.
