Retreat Facilitators

Lisa Bonney, LMT, MMP, MLDT has been a licensed massage therapist for over 12 years, specializing in manual lymphatic drainage, medical massage, and orthopedic massage. Her approach begins with a full-body assessment and treatment designed to gently and rhythmically improve circulation, support detoxification, and restore balance.
Lymphatic massage with Lisa helps boost immune function, reduce fluid retention, improve skin vitality, and accelerate healing by addressing scar tissue, compaction injuries, adhesions, and post-operative care needs. Clients often experience renewed energy, reduced pain, and an overall sense of wellness.
In addition to lymphatic drainage, Lisa provides massage therapy for relaxation, pain relief, and stress management. Her holistic approach treats the whole person—supporting both physical recovery and emotional well-being—so you can feel more balanced, re-energized, and confident in your daily life.

Casey Day, MS, a clinical nutritionist with a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from Sonoran University of Health Sciences. I’m currently working toward board certification as a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS). With more than a decade of experience in wellness, I specialize in cannabinoid therapy, plant-based nutrition, and using voltage to restore physiology and support the body’s natural healing processes.
My passion for nutrition began during a very personal season of life, when a loved one’s illness led me to seek out holistic approaches beyond conventional care. What started as one of life’s hardest challenges has become one of my greatest blessings—it opened the door to my calling of helping others discover the healing power of food and integrative therapies.
I believe food is the most powerful form of medicine, and I stay dedicated to the latest research so I can empower others to create lasting health. My approach is holistic, recognizing the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit in cultivating true well-being.
