Let me tell you......
I have been there! I have felt stuck, lost in the roles of my many responsibilities, lacked a vision for my life, and felt like I was just going through the motions. I have always felt like I was here to evoke change in the world. I had a deep desire, yearning to teach heal, and train other like-minded people. But who were my students and what the heck am I supposed to teach them?

After my 'dark night of the soul" experience or should I say 'when shit hit the fan,' the shift happened. I was a devout Christian who knew there had to be more but afraid to find out. My marriage to the father of my four children needed to end. I was devastated and felt trapped but there was a relentless faint voice on the inside that told me, "All this is for a Purpose, You are Here to Make a Difference."

Through my invaluable life experiences, triumphs, failures, and training as an energy healer, transformational coach, and empowerment speaker, I have an innate ability to assist women in healing their hurts and helping them to see their truth, their power, and to consciously connect to their divinity.

I teach them how to direct their mind and thoughts to create quantum shifts in their life experience. How to heal on an emotional, mental, and spiritual level which then can aid in healing even physical imbalances. During this LIVE Training you will Learn, Heal, & Shift
Day 1: Simplify & Eliminate Self-Sabotage (Monday, September 14 at 1:00 pm CDT)
We play many roles in life as a mother, wife, employee, boss, sister, daughter, and on and on. In the midst of playing all these roles, we can lose sight of who we are. In this training, you will identify the areas of your life that you can simplify so you can start to find your way back to you. Also, identify any self-sabotaging behaviors that are holding you back and how to overcome them.
Day 2: Troubleshoot: Identify the Root of What's Holding You Back (Tuesday, September 15 at 1:00 pm CDT)
We will seek to identify the elephant in the room of your life. What trauma, tragedy, misfortune, inner child wound, betrayal, etc., that could be keeping you stuck and distracted. Gain the courage and receive the power to step up to “it” and no longer ignore it, pet it, or allow it to push you out of your destiny.
Day 3: Upgrade: Find Out Who You Really Are (Wednesday, September 16 at 1:00 pm CDT)
Many times it's hard for us to show up in the world the way we desire because we don’t feel good enough, capable, worthy, etc. In this training, you will be guided through the process of seeing yourself for who and what you truly are. Perspective is everything and you will leave this session knowing your self-worth and value.
Day 4: Connect with Your Higher Self (Thursday, September 17 at 1:00 pm CDT)
Learn how to instantly connect to your higher divine self in order to receive inner guidance for your soul purpose and mission.
Day 5: Kick-Ass and Take Action (Friday, September 18 at 1:00 pm CDT)
Now that you have simplified your life, eliminated your self-sabotage, faced your demons, know your worth, and can connect to your inner power, you are ready to take action toward fulfilling your dreams and desires.
